The sell of our birds are all set fees. We want to make sure they go to a good home and will be taken well care of. If for any reason you cannot care for your bird anymore, please contact us and we will purchase him/her back from you for $10 within two years of adoption. After two years we will happily take the bird, without the buy back option.

Life Span of a budgie is 8-15 years.
Parakeets are very social. You should purchase them as a pair if you are unable to give them the attention they require.
Our parakeets are raised by their mom. We don't believe on separating them due to stress to the mom by removing the eggs. She knows when an egg is viable and we don't want to see her upset. When the babies leave the nest, about a month later, we watch them and make sure they are totally moved out and out from under their moms care before handling and moving them to their own cage.
Parakeets are readily available from basically any pet store. One problem is they are usually not tamed and may be in with another bird that could be ill. You can rest assured that our birds are handled daily and carefully monitored for any illness.
